Our dedicated in-house team will find the fault using a specialist high definition thermal imaging camera which allows us to look through the flooring and pinpoint the exact issue.

We understand the intricacies of working with carpeted flooring, which is why we carefully remove the carpet as required and fill the area with levelling compound. As the drying process can take up to 4 hours, we will lay the carpet where possible, however, due to time constraints the carpet may remain rolled up. Once the fault is rectified, our engineers will run tests whilst you are there to make sure your system is functioning properly.

We will facilitate the entire process with no involvement from subcontractors, so you can rest assured knowing that you are dealing solely with us and no third-party companies. We place one of our office team in charge of keeping you regularly up-to-date at each stage of the repairs process so you’re not kept in the dark.
